Berlin HR-tech company founded in 2021 by Annika von Mutius and Larissa Leitner, running an AI-powered talent assessment platform that scores candidates and employees on cultural fit, skills, motivations and personality rather than keyword-matched CVs. Customers include Deutsche Telekom, Procter & Gamble, Siemens Mobility and the Volksbanken group. Factorial is integrating the technology as a native assessments feature and says the deal adds several million dollars of annual recurring revenue; the purchase price was not disclosed.
