Funded Baby is operated by Feritti LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Both daily lists, the US and International views, and every company and investor profile are free to read. We do not promise the site will always be available, that a particular day will be published, or that the lists will keep the same shape.

You may subscribe to a free daily digest of new funding rounds without creating an account. Alerts are sent only on days with new rounds. You can unsubscribe through the link in every email. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or uninterrupted availability of the alert service. Email handling is described on the privacy page.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the site.
• Do not overload the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to reach private admin or API routes.
• Do not republish the dataset as a competing list or feed.
• When contacting companies from this data, follow applicable privacy and marketing laws. Funded Baby is not permission to spam anyone.

Funded Baby is provided “as is” and “as available”. The lists may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong; the data and sources page explains the known limits. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or effort arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
