Privacy

Funded Baby is operated by Feritti LLC. Privacy questions and requests go to pete@feritti.vc.

• No accounts. Reading needs no sign-up or login. If you choose daily funding alerts, we store the email address you provide and your subscription status; we do not use it to build a reader profile.
• No analytics or advertising trackers. As of the date above, the site loads no analytics script, no ad network, and no social pixels. If that ever changes, this page and its date change with it.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp — to serve pages, and to spot abuse and outages. Those logs are kept on Vercel's own retention schedule and we do not use them to identify individual readers.

• What we use. Your email address is used only to send the funding alerts you request and essential messages about that subscription.
• Your choice. Subscribing is optional. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link, and no account is required.
• Abuse controls. We temporarily store a one-way hash derived from a request's IP address to limit automated signup attempts. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

We process alert addresses with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Funded Baby sets no cookies and uses no browser storage of its own.

• Vercel — hosting, delivery, and request logs.
• Supabase — the database holding the published ledger, alert addresses, subscription state, and delivery records.
• Resend — email delivery for alerts, when delivery is configured.

We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train models. We disclose information only when the law requires it.

• Alert subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe. Afterward, we retain the suppressed address and delivery records as needed to honor the unsubscribe, prevent repeat sends, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by email.
• Signup abuse records contain only a one-way identifier hash and are used for short rate-limit windows; old records may be removed routinely.
• Emails you send us are kept while we handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up.
• Published ledger rows are business data about companies, not about you, and are retained as part of the archive. Correction and removal requests for those rows are covered on the data and sources page.

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. Because we hold so little, most requests are quick to answer.

Email pete@feritti.vc and tell us what you need. We may need to ask for enough detail to be confident the request is really yours.

We rely on consent to deliver requested alerts and on our legitimate interest to keep the site and signup endpoint available and free of abuse.

Funded Baby is a business research tool, not a service for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
